💼 About This Role

You'll join the SIMD Kernels team to productize the software stack for our AI compute engine. You'll develop and maintain software kernels for ML operators like softmax, layer norm, and activation functions, and build intuitive SDK solutions. This role offers the chance to navigate hardware-software co-design trade-offs in a fast-moving environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain software kernels for ML operators
• Build solutions to make SDK intuitive for developers
• Analyze and optimize performance of AI compute engine
• Map algorithms and ML framework computational graphs to hardware

📋 Requirements

• MS or PhD in computer engineering, math, physics, or related with 5+ years industry experience
• Strong grasp of computer architecture, data structures, system software, and ML fundamentals
• Proficient in C/C++ and Python development in Linux environment
• Experience implementing algorithms for specialized hardware using CUDA or similar libraries

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior startup, small team, or incubation experience
• Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Experience with ML compilers like MLIR, LLVM, TVM, Glow
