💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end user journey from first visit to account activation for Crypto.com Exchange. You'll drive conversion optimization across landing pages, sign-up funnel, rewards, and authentication, running a high-velocity A/B testing program. This role is execution-first with high ownership across deeply interconnected product areas.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design behavioral analytics framework across Exchange landing pages
• Own sign-up funnel conversion from email submission to KYC initiation
• Define sign-up reward mechanics to drive conversion
• Lead passwordless-first authentication strategy across web and mobile

📋 Requirements

• 6–8+ years of Product Management experience
• Proven experience owning a sign-up or onboarding funnel end-to-end
• Deep hands-on experience with product analytics platforms like Mixpanel or Amplitude
• Able to write SQL for funnel queries and cohort analyses independently

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience at a crypto exchange, fintech, or neobank
• Experience with session-recording and heatmap tooling
• Experience with A/B test platforms like Optimizely or Statsig
