You'll manage employee data including contract administration and benefits in Workday at HelloConnect. Your role ensures accurate HR data across the full employee lifecycle. You'll work hybrid in Manila with a global team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Facilitate end-to-end HR processes including onboarding and offboarding
• Coordinate back-end recruitment logistics like screening and interviews
• Maintain Workday HRIS with high accuracy for master data
• Administer leave, travel expenses, and employee benefits

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in HR operations or shared services
• Proficiency in ERP systems and databases
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting

• Knowledge in basic payroll
