Description

You will lead new Staffbase customer implementations, manage project plans, and facilitate customer-facing workshops to help clients adopt the Staffbase platform. You'll collaborate with Sales and ensure outstanding customer experience throughout onboarding and growth phases.

Requirements

• Familiarity with implementing SaaS solutions
• Several years of experience working on enterprise-scale deployments
• Strong application functional expertise and account management expertise
• Project management experience
• Bilingual in Japanese

Responsibilities

• Lead new Staffbase customer implementations, managing project plans and resources throughout onboarding and growth phases
• Develop comprehensive plans for deployment, change management, and adoption programs for each engagement
• Communicate implementation status, issues, risks, and efforts clearly to all stakeholders
• Build and maintain in-depth product knowledge of Staffbase core products and apply best practices
• Collaborate with Sales to scope, estimate, and draft Statements of Work for new projects
