🎯 What You'll Do

• Tackle project challenges on EKS, such as implementing Karpenter
• Build tools and automation to eliminate toil and reduce operational overhead
• Manage capacity and performance to scale infrastructure globally
• Use AI for incident analysis and reliability tooling development

📋 Requirements

• Kubernetes (EKS) including deploy patterns and debugging
• 4+ years with programming languages (Python or Golang)
• Terraform, Buildkite, or ArgoCD experience
• AI-assisted development with tools like Cursor, Copilot, or Claude

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Karpenter
• Track record of critical evaluation of AI-assisted work
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS or equivalent
