🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise program and operations teams on legal issues
• Conduct due diligence on international grants
• Draft custom grant agreements and lead negotiations

📋 Requirements

• J.D. degree and bar admission
• 5+ years of legal experience
• Experience with grantmaking or nonprofit law
• Strong communication skills for non-legal audiences
