Description

You will lead payment-related projects independently, working hands-on with systems like TARGET, SWIFT, and SEPA, while driving process optimization and automation. You'll collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve payment operations and ensure compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in payments, operations, business analysis, or project management.
• Deep understanding of European payment infrastructures and schemes.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and data analytics tools (e.g., Looker).
• Professional English and at least B2 German speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own payment-related projects independently, including discovery, implementation, and coordination with Product and Engineering teams.
• Work hands-on with core payment systems and schemes: TARGET, SWIFT, SEPA, SEPA Instant.
• Develop test concepts and execute user acceptance testing for payment changes.
• Monitor and investigate payment incidents, ensuring timely root-cause analysis and remediation.
• Drive continuous process optimization and automation for operational efficiency.
