🎯 What You'll Do

  • Prospect and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and social selling
  • Develop tailored value propositions for non-acute customers
  • Hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives and support deal progression
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and meet activity/opportunity targets

📋 Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development or inside sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for rapport building
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with proactive prospecting approach
  • Comfort in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

✨ Nice to Have

  • B2B sales experience preferred
  • Experience selling into non-acute healthcare settings
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar)
