🎯 What You'll Do
- Prospect and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and social selling
- Develop tailored value propositions for non-acute customers
- Hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives and support deal progression
- Maintain accurate CRM records and meet activity/opportunity targets
📋 Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in business development or inside sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for rapport building
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with proactive prospecting approach
- Comfort in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
✨ Nice to Have
- B2B sales experience preferred
- Experience selling into non-acute healthcare settings
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar)
