πΌ About This Role
You'll lead payer engagement strategies for a major cell therapy launch, building relationships with national and regional health plans to shape reimbursement and patient access. This role offers significant autonomy and the chance to directly impact cancer immunotherapy outcomes nationwide.
π― What You'll Do
- Lead engagement with national and regional payer organizations across commercial and government markets.
- Develop and execute pre-launch and launch payer account strategies for favorable reimbursement.
- Educate payer stakeholders on disease burden, treatment value, and cell therapy processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Market Access, HEOR, Pricing, and Medical Affairs teams.
π Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree with 12+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech market access experience.
- At least 5 years of direct payer account management experience.
- Strong background in cell therapy, gene therapy, or oncology products.
- Deep understanding of payer decision-making and reimbursement strategy.

- MBA or advanced degree.
- Experience with health economics and outcomes research.
- Proven success with pre-launch and launch activities for innovative therapies.
