💼 About This Role

You'll own and evolve the production environment for a financial technology company, ensuring stability, scalability, and performance of critical systems. You'll lead a team of IT Operations and DevOps engineers, driving incident response and operational excellence. This role requires a hands-on leader who can operate at both strategic and technical levels.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own production operations including cloud infrastructure and batch processing
• Ensure reliability and uptime with focus on SLAs and incident response
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and release processes for automation
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of IT Operations and DevOps engineers

📋 Requirements

• Deep hands-on experience with AWS including compute, networking, storage, IAM, and monitoring
• Strong background in Linux-based systems and distributed environments
• Proven experience managing high-volume batch processing systems and schedulers
• Expertise in CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code such as Terraform

✨ Nice to Have

• AWS certifications such as Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer
• Experience with Teamcity or Terraform
• Experience with enterprise job scheduling tools and batch operation optimization
