You'll serve as a technical expert in spend management technology, driving technical excellence in fast-moving sales cycles while mentoring junior team members. You will lead complex ERP integrations and guide clients through the entire solution lifecycle. This role offers the chance to shape best practices and act as a key conduit to our product organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead technical solution design for spend management sales cycles
• Bridge business requirements with technical architecture and integration
• Mentor and coach Solutions Consultants for team consistency
• Conduct whiteboarding sessions to elevate technical acumen

📋 Requirements

• 7-10 years of Sales Engineering or Solution Consulting for B2B SaaS
• 2+ years in a lead or mentoring capacity
• Knowledge of spend management industry and enterprise accounting processes
• Fluency in English and German
