💼 About This Role

You'll establish the research practice for the North team, building infrastructure and methods that give teams the right user signals. Your core impact will be influencing enterprise AI product adoption by embedding evidence-driven thinking into how we scope, build, and evaluate. You'll own research end-to-end as the first dedicated researcher.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design research systems, frameworks, and infrastructure for the org.
• Lead complex research initiatives end-to-end.
• Advise designers and PMs on lighter-weight research projects.
• Empower FDE team with UXR tools for structured feedback capture.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of UX Research experience with qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Experience establishing research infrastructure from scratch.
• Strong cross-functional partnership with designers, PMs, engineers.
• Enterprise customer engagement experience.
