Description

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will own bookings growth in new and existing accounts across Southern California, focusing on acquiring new logos and expanding existing customer relationships. You'll drive pipeline generation daily, working with Sales Engineers, Channel Partners, and Sales Development to exceed sales quotas.

Requirements

  • 5+ years tech sales experience (IT Infrastructure or SaaS Security)
  • Consistent track record landing net new logos (hunter mentality)
  • Strong performance selling across multiple verticals
  • Experience working with channel partners
  • Consistent overachievement and goal-oriented attitude

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute sales plans for assigned territory to meet/exceed quota through prospecting, qualifying, and closing opportunities
  • Develop and manage sales pipeline to move strategic transactions through the sales process
  • Identify and close new opportunities in mid-enterprise accounts
  • Present Rubrik solutions within complex data center environments
  • Co-sell and strategize with partners, distributors, and VARs to enable rapid growth
