You will drive prospecting strategies and operational excellence to support revenue growth across the EMEA region. 🎯 What You'll Do

  • Hire, onboard, and develop a high-performing SDR team.
  • Set clear goals and performance expectations aligned to pipeline generation.
  • Build and implement scalable outbound and inbound sales development playbooks.
  • Monitor team performance and pipeline health; analyze data for improvements.

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales or sales leadership (SDR/BDR functions).
  • Proven success leading SDR teams in high-growth environments.
  • Experience designing outbound and inbound sales development playbooks.
  • Fluent in English and French.

  • Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools like Salesforce, Outreach, HubSpot.
