You'll manage multiple concurrent technical engagements for enterprise customers, ensuring successful delivery of Professional Services projects. You'll serve as the primary point of contact and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional outcomes. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage full engagement lifecycle from SOW review through closeout
• Serve as primary customer point of contact, handle escalations and scope changes
• Manage 5–8 concurrent technical engagements simultaneously
• Coordinate with Solution Architects, AI Engineers, Sales, and Product teams

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of engagement or project management experience
• Experience managing multiple concurrent technical engagements
• Strong experience with enterprise customers and customer-facing communication
• Experience with project management tools such as Linear, Jira, or Asana

✨ Nice to Have

• PMP or similar project management certification
• Experience in Professional Services or consulting
• Experience with AI/ML or infrastructure engagements
