You will drive territory growth and expansion by conducting sales calls, building relationships, and closing business for Polygon's restoration services. Collaborate with leadership to meet revenue targets and deliver superior customer experiences.

Requirements

• Four-year college degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years B2B sales or sales management with P&L responsibility
• Preferred experience in insurance, construction, restoration, or coatings
• Strong organizational, negotiating, relationship, and presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Responsibilities

• Make sales calls, presentations, attend trade shows, and participate in professional organizations
• Increase client base and sales revenue through prospecting and closing
• Build and maintain strong local relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Manage opportunity pipeline in CRM and update sales activities regularly
• Collaborate with project managers and leadership to ensure project alignment with estimates
