• Serve as shift lead monitoring SLA progress and escalations.
• Onboard new hires and reinforce best practices.
• Flag quality issues and assist in process documentation.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in operations or administrative workflows.
• Experience in a structured, high-volume environment.
• Experience supporting shift-based teams or workflow escalations.
