You'll lead aviation engineering projects and manage client relationships for a range of airport clients. Your expertise will drive sustainable design solutions across large international airports, general aviation airfields, and military bases. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design and planning for complex airfield and site development projects.
• Manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, and technical requirements.
• Mentor less experienced professionals on technical design and quality control.
• Travel to project sites for client meetings and site assessments.

📋 Requirements

• 15 years of design experience in aviation, transportation, or site development.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in California.
• 2 years of project management experience.
• Business development track record maintaining client relations and securing projects.

✨ Nice to Have

• 5-15 years of aviation project experience.
• Experience with Civil 3D and/or AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with FAA regulations and procedures.
