💼 About This Role

You'll sit at the intersection of supply chain consulting and solution design, supporting end-to-end transformation programs for enterprise clients. You'll translate complex supply chain challenges into scalable, technology-enabled solutions while contributing across presales, RFP responses, and delivery engagements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support end-to-end presales activities including RFP/RFI responses and proposal development.
• Participate in client discovery sessions, workshops, and demos to define requirements.
• Lead business analysis activities including process mapping and fit-gap analysis.
• Translate business challenges into user stories, process flows, and scalable solution designs.

📋 Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or supply chain transformation.
• Strong domain knowledge across supply chain functions like planning, procurement, logistics, or order management.
• Experience in client-facing consulting or solutioning roles supporting presales or implementation.
• Familiarity with supply chain transformation programs involving ERP, planning systems, or digital platforms.

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to platforms such as SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9, or Blue Yonder.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or IT; MBA or certifications a plus.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, or similar.
