As a Ticketing/Client Services Supervisor at AXS, you will provide front-line support and relationship management for venue box offices nationwide, assisting with event configuration, troubleshooting technical issues, and mentoring junior staff.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (BA/BS preferred)
- 3+ years live event ticketing and event programming experience
- Problem-solving and decision-making in high-pressure environment
- Ability to multitask across multiple clients
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Responsibilities
- Assist with event and promotion configuration for full-service clients
- Provide tech support and best practice advice to venue partners
- Develop relationships with venues to understand unique challenges
- Respond to client support requests and escalate complex issues
- Monitor incoming requests and assign tasks to junior staff
