As a Ticketing/Client Services Supervisor at AXS, you will provide front-line support and relationship management for venue box offices nationwide, assisting with event configuration, troubleshooting technical issues, and mentoring junior staff.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (BA/BS preferred)
  • 3+ years live event ticketing and event programming experience
  • Problem-solving and decision-making in high-pressure environment
  • Ability to multitask across multiple clients
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsibilities

  • Assist with event and promotion configuration for full-service clients
  • Provide tech support and best practice advice to venue partners
  • Develop relationships with venues to understand unique challenges
  • Respond to client support requests and escalate complex issues
