Requirements

• Active LPN license in North Carolina
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Compassionate and reliable
• Willing to travel to client homes in Salisbury area

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 nursing care to clients in their homes
• Build relationships with clients of all ages and acuity levels
• Maintain accurate electronic charting
• Adhere to care plans and clinical guidelines
• Communicate with clinical support team
