Description

You'll serve as the day-to-day contact for client requests within a book of business, supporting the Account Executive with renewals, marketing, and negotiations. You'll prepare renewal materials, manage carrier relationships, and ensure accurate policy processing to deliver exceptional service to mid-market or emerging accounts.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and delegate appropriately
• Experience with MS Office products (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel) required
• Ability to build underwriter and client relationships
• Holds or is pursuing general insurance designation preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for client requests within assigned book of business
• Prepare renewal materials including premium loss summaries and coverage comparisons
• Partner with Account Executive on client interactions, negotiations, and program design
• Create marketing submissions and negotiate with carriers using client workbook
• Receive quotes, review for accuracy, generate proposals, and process policies as needed
