Your work will directly improve acquisition, activation, and retention across subscription-based products. This role offers a fully remote setup and a high-velocity experimentation culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and growth experiments
• Build and manage experimentation roadmap based on impact and effort
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and analysts on testing initiatives
• Drive measurable improvements in conversion, acquisition, and retention

📋 Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization or growth marketing
• Proven success in experiments that improved conversion or revenue
• Hands-on experience with GA4, Amplitude, or Power BI
• Familiarity with A/B testing platforms like Convert and UX tools like Hotjar

• Strategic mindset with ability to prioritize experiments
