You'll drive lead generation and move-ins from hospitals and skilled nursing facilities as the face of A Place for Mom. You'll build relationships with healthcare professionals and exceed sales quotas through daily field visits and account management. Your work directly helps families find urgent senior care.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Generate qualified patient referrals from assigned accounts daily
• Develop and grow book of accounts through networking and cold calls
• Educate families on care options and coordinate with Senior Living Advisors
• Analyze CRM reports to manage pipeline and optimize territory performance

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of outside sales experience as individual contributor
• Hospital or skilled nursing facility sales experience
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
• Daily travel within territory required
