You'll bridge the gap between product demos and real clinicians by delivering healthcare deployment solutions that make our platform work in customer environments. You'll debug integrations, tweak deployments, and write code to ensure smooth operations, directly seeing the impact of your work on patient care.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deploy, integrate, and optimize the product in customer environments.
• Debug complex problems across infrastructure, APIs, and data flows.
• Write clean, pragmatic code to adapt systems for each use case.
• Collaborate with clinicians and partners to remove blockers.

📋 Requirements

• Deep love for programming and problem-solving.
• Curiosity to understand why things work or don't.
• Bias toward action and getting things done.
• Comfort working in ambiguity and high velocity.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience integrating complex products in healthcare.
• Fluency in German or other languages.
• Experience with Python, TypeScript, or C#.
