💼 About This Role

You'll provide ongoing client care as a regulated member of an interprofessional team at a Complex Continuing Care facility. You'll observe and report changes in client status, deliver prescribed medications, and maintain professional standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide ongoing client care and monitor client status
• Report changes in physical/emotional status to RN/LPN
• Deliver prescribed medications accurately per policy
• Maintain professional and ethical standards

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Graduation from Alberta Government recognized Health Care Aide program
• Active registration with CLHA required
• Physical capability for frequent lifting and transferring clients

• Related experience in a health care facility
• Program-specific training or experience
