💼 About This Role

You'll architect scalable distributed systems and optimize high-performance APIs for Parspec's AI-powered construction intelligence platform. Your work will directly impact platform reliability and business scalability by processing massive datasets with sub-second latency. You'll lead technical excellence while mentoring others across cross-functional teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build scalable distributed systems using microservices and cloud-native AWS patterns
• Optimize PostgreSQL/MySQL and MongoDB for performance and reliability
• Implement Elasticsearch for large-scale indexing and Redis for distributed caching
• Develop and secure RESTful/GraphQL APIs with OAuth, JWT, and RBAC

📋 Requirements

• 6-10+ years backend experience with Go, Python, or Node.js
• Strong expertise in designing scalable distributed systems and microservices
• Deep PostgreSQL/MySQL experience including schema design and query optimization
• Production Elasticsearch experience for large-scale search
