💼 About This Role

You'll lead the design and execution of HR systems and processes for a fast-growing radar technology company. Your core impact is ensuring scalable, legally compliant HR operations that support a global workforce. You'll report directly to the Head of HR and drive digital transformation of the HRMS.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and lead the long-term HR services plan, owning the HRMS.
• Act as primary expert on Dutch and US labor law, designing policies.
• Manage HR setup for international entities, including EOR and visa processes.
• Establish and monitor SLAs for the HR Service Desk.

📋 Requirements

• Master’s degree in HR Management, Business Law, or related field.
• 8–10 years experience in HR Operations with technical HRMS projects.
• Expert knowledge of Dutch and ideally US Labor Law.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and verbal).
