💼 About This Role

You'll support real estate agents with marketing asset execution using Compass's proprietary tools and internal design team. You'll coordinate vendor relationships and analyze campaign effectiveness to optimize agent marketing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist agents with execution of marketing assets using InDesign and internal design team.
• Source and maintain relationships with local vendors for agent needs.
• Coordinate project delivery across design, photography, copywriting, video, and social media.
• Assist Advertising Team with reserving and placing brand and agent ads weekly.

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years of Marketing experience
• Intermediate skills with Adobe InDesign for Print, Digital, and Out of Home Advertising
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media/online marketing platforms
• Detail oriented with impeccable time management and prioritization skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience working in a client, sales, or account service environment
• Experience in advertising or real estate marketing
• Proficient in Apple, Google, and Microsoft office tools (e.g., Keynote, Docs, Excel)
