🎯 What You'll Do

• Design culture strategy for high-performance across geographies.
• Build compensation architecture including pay bands and equity.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in People/HR leadership.
• 3+ years in a professional services or agency environment.
• Experience building people systems from scratch or transforming them.
• Strong analytical skills with data dashboards and evidence-based decisions.
