You'll join a high-performing team driving Allica Bank's ambitious growth agenda through M&A and strategic projects. You'll own workstreams evaluating opportunities across the transaction lifecycle and support capital raising activities. This high-exposure role offers direct access to Executive leadership and Board-level discussions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own discrete workstreams within strategic and corporate development projects
• Apply consulting-style strategic toolkit to evaluate opportunities
• Support end-to-end execution and governance of transactions
• Help drive post-completion integration and value creation
• Conduct research and analysis on UK banking and fintech trends

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years professional experience with top-tier strategy consulting background
• Excellent strategic toolkit and hypothesis-driven problem solving
• Strong quantitative and financial analysis skills including Excel modelling
• Exposure to M&A, commercial due diligence, or partnerships
