You'll serve as the face and first impression of Kind Behavioral Health, managing scheduling and patient services in our Pineville clinic. Your work directly supports life-changing ABA therapy for children with autism. This entry-level role offers a great opportunity for growth in a mission-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet clients and families at the front desk professionally
• Manage email, phone calls, and voicemail messages
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and ensure it is tour-ready
• Support scheduling and manage client shadow opportunities

📋 Requirements

• Experience in customer service
• Comfortable working with children with special needs
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Able to lift at least 25 pounds
