📋 Requirements

• 5+ years focused sourcing role at high-growth tech companies.
• 3+ years in lead or senior sourcing role.
• Demonstrated experience sourcing VP and C-1 roles.
• Background sourcing GTM talent across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience at developer tools, AI, or B2B SaaS company.
• Prior experience as first sourcing hire at early-stage startup.
• Established network of GTM and executive talent in developer ecosystem.
