You'll lead integration and flight testing of hypersonic propulsion systems for a cutting-edge aerospace startup. You'll own system operations from ground testing through flight campaigns, directly impacting national security missions. This role offers hands-on work with advanced technology and leadership of cross-functional teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead integration, checkouts, and static fire testing of hypersonic vehicles
• Author and execute procedures for propellant load and hotfire operations
• Guide data review and failure investigations for static fire and flight
• Coordinate with test ranges to plan and execute flight test campaigns
• Mentor less experienced team members and provide technical guidance

📋 Requirements

• B.S. in Engineering
• 5+ years in aerospace systems integration, test, or flight operations
• Demonstrated team leadership or project management in technical environments
• Hands-on experience with aerospace hardware and test environments
