This role involves overseeing projects, conducting quality checks, and resolving escalated technical issues to drive safety and efficiency across industries.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years managing a technical team
• Extensive experience in technical equipment installation and repair
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks

Responsibilities

• Provide support and guidance to Installation Specialists team
• Oversee customer trials, pilots, RMAs, and strategic installation projects
• Conduct on-site quality checks of installations
• Manage review and resolution of escalated technical issues
• Develop custom installation guides for special configurations
