- Assist customers with onboarding, configuration, and product adoption
- Partner with Sales to create engagement strategies
- Build relationships with decision-makers and lead strategic meetings
- Identify at-risk accounts using product data and analytics
📋 Requirements
- 3-5 years of customer-facing experience in Customer Support or Success
- Experience supporting a highly technical product
- Ability to use MySQL or BI tools for data analysis
- Experience onboarding new customers and creating enablement documentation
