🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage construction projects and contractor performance to meet schedule and cost targets
• Develop pre-construction strategies to streamline entitlements and permits
• Build relationships with city officials and inspectors for smooth approvals
• Source and manage general contractors and subcontractors across trades

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Real Estate Development, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in real estate development or construction
• 4+ years working with external design teams on commercial projects
• Ability to travel 75%+ in the Sunbelt region
