Description

As Senior Manager of Sales Enablement at StackAdapt, you'll partner with Sales Leaders to design and execute data-driven enablement programs that boost sales productivity across our agency enterprise teams. You'll analyze performance gaps, co-build content, and drive GTM launches, ensuring our sales teams have the skills and resources to succeed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years leading sales enablement initiatives
  • Proven track record designing world-class training programs driving measurable results
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, able to partner at VP-level
  • Experience with selling or enabling brand direct sales teams
  • Working knowledge of enablement tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AI solutions, GONG, Highspot)

Responsibilities

  • Act as thought partner to Sales Leaders, conduct in-depth analysis to identify performance gaps
  • Develop and implement tailored enablement solutions aligned with business priorities
  • Co-build bespoke enablement content with global and regional teams
  • Build strong collaborative relationships with Sales leadership and cross-functional partners
  • Use data-driven insights to refine and optimize enablement programs
