You'll partner closely with the CCO to shape and operationalize the customer organization's strategic agenda, ensuring priorities are defined, tracked, and delivered. You'll design and manage the leadership operating cadence for effective decision-making and accountability. This role is a high-impact force multiplier at the intersection of strategy, execution, and organizational alignment.

  • Translate strategy into actionable operating plans and milestones.
  • Drive cross-functional execution of key initiatives and priorities.
  • Prepare executive-level materials synthesizing insights and recommendations.
  • Serve as integrator across Product, Tech, Sales, Finance, Legal, Ops, People.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 10+ years in strategy, operations, consulting, transformation, or general management.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven success working closely with executive leadership in cross-functional environments.
  • Excellent executive communication skills, distilling complexity into clarity.
