💼 About This Role

You'll support internal technicians and external service providers by providing equipment-specific troubleshooting and ensuring non-functional coffee equipment is made operable. You'll coach techs on best practices and analyze completed repairs. This role offers the chance to work with Schaerer Coffee Equipment and travel as needed.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide real-time technical troubleshooting for coffee equipment via phone or remote sessions
• Coach and train service providers and technicians on repair best practices
• Analyze completed work to verify correct repair methodology and identify technician abuse
• Serve as technical resource for internal teams and interface with end clients

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of field service experience with coffee equipment
• Current manufacturer certification with Schaerer Coffee Equipment
• Working knowledge of electrical systems and ability to follow schematics
• 3+ years of customer service experience in a customer-facing or call center environment

✨ Nice to Have

• Intermediate administrative abilities
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Strong understanding of facilities maintenance
