💼 About This Role
You'll own the full sales cycle for high-value school partnerships, from outreach to renewal. Your core impact is helping schools save millions on temporary staffing through a direct-connect platform. This role stands out for its mix of consultative selling and meaningful mission in EdTech.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Conduct discovery calls with Headteachers to move supply spend to Zen.
- Visit schools to demo the Zen+ platform and demonstrate savings.
- Follow up to expand usage and close Preferred Supplier Agreements.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Trusts team on multi-school rollouts.
📋 Requirements
- B2B or SaaS sales experience closing five- or six-figure deals.
- Strong consultative selling skills for complex, relationship-driven cycles.
- Confidence presenting to senior decision-makers and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Self-starter with autonomy and collaborative mindset.
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience in education or EdTech.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
