💼 About This Role

You'll design and scale our real-time AI voice platform for healthcare conversations, pushing the limits of low-latency speech/LLM pipelines. Your work will eliminate administrative waste and allow healthcare professionals to focus on healing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and deploy production-grade software end-to-end
• Build low-latency speech/LLM pipelines and orchestration layers
• Manage large scale distributed systems with async workload orchestration
• Integrate LLMs and AI agents into voice agent platform

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience building products end-to-end
• Strong understanding of FastAPI (Python) backend and React (TypeScript) frontend
• Experience managing large scale distributed systems with async workload orchestration
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field

• Familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, or ML models
• Experience with Pipecat for voice agents
