💼 About This Role

You'll build and own the SRE function from scratch at a profitable digital media company. You'll drive reliability, security, and cost control across multi-account AWS infrastructure. This role offers a chance to shape the cloud platform while working with a remote-first global team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and evolve cloud infrastructure and CI/CD platform.
• Stand up SRE practice: on-call, PagerDuty, SLAs, runbooks.
• Complete AWS multi-account migration with zero downtime.
• Implement automated deployment rollback for ECS and Lambda.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of AWS infrastructure experience with deep Terraform expertise.
• Hands-on experience building the SRE function from scratch.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline ownership in production.
• PagerDuty experience and standing up on-call rotation.

✨ Nice to Have

• OpenTelemetry experience
• Grafana dashboard creation
• SOC 2 compliance knowledge
