💼 About This Role

You'll support patient care by managing clinic flow and providing 5-star customer service at our Williamsburg clinic. Your role ensures patients feel welcomed and valued through our out-of-network experience. This position is onsite in Brooklyn.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet patients warmly and manage appointment flow.
• Respond to phone calls and emails within 2 hours.
• Guide patients through out-of-network billing experience.
• Maintain a welcoming clinic environment.

📋 Requirements

• Previous customer service experience.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and willingness to grow.
• BA/BS degree preferred, not required.
