Description

You will lead the construction process for Carvana's Infrastructure Development department, managing everything from permitting to project completion. You'll oversee contractor selection, track progress and costs, coordinate with internal teams, and communicate with leadership to ensure successful delivery of multiple large-scale construction projects.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in project management, real estate construction, or related field
• Multi Site Regional / National Experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• In-depth understanding of construction procedures and project management principles
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe, willingness to travel up to 50%

Responsibilities

• Lead the construction process including tracking permits, bid and contractor selection, and contract negotiations
• Review and update progress reports, cost reports, schedules, and requirements for completion
• Work with internal Design and Engineering teams to finalize design and identify construction issues prior to submission
• Direct activities of vendors/consultants for implementations
• Communicate with corporate leadership on schedules, methods, policies, permits, safety, sustainability, quality control, and performance standards
