💼 About This Role

Edit raw multi-cam recordings into polished YouTube episodes for a faith-based podcast. You'll drive audience retention through data-backed editing decisions and creative visual storytelling. You'll own the entire post-production process for 1-2 episodes per week.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Edit multi-cam video episodes from assembly to final delivery
• Edit audio-only episodes including mixing and mastering
• Analyze YouTube retention graphs to optimize edits
• Pitch at least one creative experiment per month

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years editing long-form YouTube podcast episodes
• Portfolio with verifiable view counts and retention data
• Expert-level Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition
• Deep understanding of YouTube retention mechanics
