You'll own the strategic roadmap for Bazaarvoice's content moderation and processing pipelines, transforming them into a strategic advantage. You'll modernize legacy systems, leverage advanced ML/AI, and create self-service capabilities that directly enable client retention and revenue growth.

• Drive transformation from legacy systems to a unified moderation platform.
• Own product vision for processing billions of content operations.
• Define 'enterprise-grade moderation' and deliver it at scale.
• Set investment priorities across stability, automation, and innovation.

📋 Requirements

• 4-7 years product management experience with 3+ years in B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to own complex, multi-stakeholder product domains.
• Experience driving product strategy for operational systems (e.g., moderation, fraud).
• Track record of transforming legacy systems into modern, scalable platforms.

• Experience with content moderation or trust & safety systems.
• Familiarity with AI/ML models for content detection.
