You'll serve as the primary legal resource for strategic partnership contracting, supporting corporate development initiatives. You will negotiate agreements and advise internal stakeholders on legal risks, impacting contracting strategies in a dynamic remote environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and drive contracting strategies for strategic partnerships
• Draft, review, and negotiate vendor and partnership agreements
• Advise internal stakeholders on contract interpretation and compliance
• Maintain contract databases and prepare legal risk assessments

📋 Requirements

• JD degree and active bar membership
• 8-10 years of legal experience
• Ability to negotiate complex agreements
• Strong analytical and communication skills
