Description

You will manage flight safety, crew standards, and training for developmental and operational test evaluation activities across the UK and Europe, working with engineers and test specialists to coordinate test evaluation under civil and military approval schemes.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in flight safety or standards management
  • Previous experience in crew training delivery or management
  • Significant knowledge of UK airspace and UAS regulation
  • Knowledge of UK MAA Regulatory Publications and air safety requirements
  • Ability to obtain UK Security Check (SC) clearance

Responsibilities

  • Holistically manage flight safety across all flying operations in the UK and Europe
  • Build and maintain air system safety cases for test evaluation activities
  • Lead establishment of SQEP levels and crew standards for air and ground personnel
  • Coordinate and/or deliver flight and ground crew training
  • Assist in coordination and delivery of test evaluation activities in the UK and overseas
