You will define how performance is measured across the company, build dashboards and analyses that provide real-time visibility, and partner with cross-functional leaders to translate strategic objectives into actionable metrics. Your work sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and data, enabling data-driven decision-making and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years in business intelligence, analytics, or analytics engineering
• Strong SQL proficiency with comfort querying complex datasets
• Hands-on experience with dbt and modern BI tools (Looker, Hex, Tableau, etc.)
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous business questions into actionable metrics
• Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS, healthcare technology, or enterprise software

Responsibilities

• Define and own core operational and strategic metrics across revenue, product adoption, engineering velocity, delivery operations, and functional efficiency
• Partner with business leaders to translate strategic objectives into measurable outcomes
• Build and maintain dashboards as a trusted source of truth for company performance
• Analyze performance trends and surface insights to leaders
• Develop analytical models and trajectory forecasts for early visibility on goal progress
